Terms and Conditions - ShearNot Subscription Service Subscription Agreement:

‍By subscribing to ShearNot's subscription service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement governs your use of the ShearNot subscription service and any associated products or services provided by ShearNot.
‍Subscription Plans:
ShearNot offers three subscription plans: Basic, Premium, and Elite. Each plan includes the delivery of a set of professional shears to your designated address, as well as the option to exchange for a freshly sharpened set every six months.
‍Delivery and Returns:
‍Upon subscribing, your initial set of shears will be delivered to your provided address within the specified timeframe. Subsequent exchanges for freshly sharpened shears will occur every six months thereafter. It is your responsibility to return the previous set of shears using the provided return slip within the specified timeframe.
‍Failure to Return Shears:
‍In the event that you fail to return the previous set of shears within the specified timeframe, ShearNot reserves the right to charge your provided payment method a fee of $50 for each unreturned set of shears.
‍Payment and Billing:
‍Payment for your chosen subscription plan will be processed automatically on a recurring basis, according to the selected billing cycle. You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information to avoid any disruptions in service.
‍Cancellation and Refunds:
‍You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting ShearNot customer support. Refunds may be issued according to ShearNot's refund policy, which may vary depending on the circumstances of cancellation
.Modification of Terms:
‍ShearNot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the ShearNot website or notification to subscribers.
‍Governing Law:
‍These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.By subscribing to ShearNot's subscription service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not subscribe to the ShearNot subscription service.
